Haydn was able to do Baptisms for the Dead for the first time a few weeks ago and he loved it in the Temple. Him and some friends planned it all themselves. They all went to the Temple and did baptisms and then ate at the cafeteria together. It was great to see Haydn so excited about it and making plans to go by himself.
Tyson had some dental surgery to fix some cavities and remove a tooth. He doesn't do well in the dental chair so he had to go to the hospital and be put out. Kristi said he was so brave, but was a bit freaked out when he started waking up. He was happy because he got to eat some popsicles afterwards.
Here are some of the last pictures that sum up the year and the holidays. I took the boys skiing last year and they fell in love with it, so we knew they would want to go even more this year. We bought Haydn a new snowboard and Brody some new skis for their big christmas present this year. They were pretty excited!! We were able to make it to the hill twice during the christmas holidays.
We split time between the 2 families again for Christmas eve and Christmas day. It is always a great time hanging out with family and friends during the Christmas break. We had James and Jessica staying at our house for a few days during the holidays and it was fun hanging out with them. Our house was a little packed, but thats what the holidays are about.

We raised money last year for the little league to buy a portable pitching mound. We finally got it!! It will be awesome to use this during the season this year.Brody had sports day at school last week and he dressed up as a baseball player. He looked just like Mike Trout from the Los Angeles Angels. So in the morning I just randomly "tweeted" the picture and tagged Mike Trout. The best part of the story is that later that afternoon Mike Trout "re-tweeted" Brody's picture.

There was a post on Facebook about a guy that had been robbing some local banks. I received a whole bunch of texts saying that they thought the guy looked at me.

Coming home from skiing a few weeks ago I hit a deer for the first time in my life. It happened so fast, it was like I didn't even have a chance to even try to get out of the way. We hit the deer head on and crunched the front of the van pretty good. Brody was in the front seat with me and he was so scared. he thought that the airbag was going to open up when we hit the deer, but it didn't. Thank goodness for insurance!!
